We all know that time flies. The day can get away from you before you know it. The same applies if you are a night person and sleep during the day. So, you must determine what is most important to you. Some people like to make a list and let the list be their guide. This is helpful. But what if you don't look at your list.
Well, there is another mind trick. It's called the three black bag theory You can take some index cards or any paper really and draw 3 bags. Write something down in each bag that you hope to achieve before the end of your day. Strive to do the tasks that you list in each bag.
Once you empty each bag, stop and praise yourself for achieving your objective. This will give you new energy. Continue your pace and work diligently until you empty the other two bags. After all three bags are empty, it's time for you to relax and do whatever you choose to do. If you want to continue to work on another chore, then that's ok. But otherwise, go have some fun.
