This is like questioning why people always like to do what they love? Well, because they love it. A number of people get kicks from sharing knowledge, which is definitely not a bad because there is so much to learn and too few teaching. It can only get sick when someone is literally shoving something they know down other people's throats. I bet we agree that doesn't happen much, if at all.
If someone has a flair for teaching, it's more reason they should teach. They'll do it with love and students will have an easier time learning. It's definitely what a lot of us want more than brusque, mechanical teachers who are only interested in delivering and waiting for their pays. I like to be taught, who's that into teaching, please? LOL
