Well, as many of you know, I got my feet wet in the crypto scene in late December, 2017. Yes, I bought Litecoin at around $255. Lately I've been asking myself, why did I fall for all of the crypto PUMPING? Needless to say my pocketbook is A LOT lighter now "Hence LITE coin". Yes, I am learning from my short term experience... Crypto's can be VERY DANGEROUS indeed. My suggestion... ONLY buy Crypto's when they are BLEEDING FURIOUSLY.
Over the last week or so I keep seeing these so called "chart experts" saying Litecoin could drop to $100. I'm thinking to myself. Sure, they just want people to sell Litecoin so they can get in at a better price. OR, are they correct in their assessments? Only time will tell I suppose.
I myself am done listening to the Pumpers and Trolls alike. Yes, I will wait until mid-February to see what this Litecoin thing can do. I'm simply hoping to regain some of my losses. To those that are heavily invested in Crypto... Good Luck out there. Not for the faint of heart.

I never look at the short term movements anymore, the volatility drives you mad. Think long term buddy, the price in December 2018 will have easily surpassed the price you bought in at. People will kill for $255 LTC in the not too distant future buddy.

You've entered at a very rough time.
You weren't to know and it's not your fault.
If it's any consolation, I think your experience here will be invaluable going forward. This won't be the last major correction we see, you will be immune to the next wave of buying mania, you'll have a cool head when all around you are saying 'buy, buy, buy!'
You'll have seen it before and know what inevitably comes next.
You are down now, sure, but long term, you'll be far more centered, tempered and stronger than the next wave of people that enter the market.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, i got in a little bit earlier by the sounds of it and saw quite a bit of good times before the carnage, but yeah this last month i've been regularly hovering my finger over my mouse to sell many times.
I haven't.
But jeez i've been close!!

I'm quietly confident that we are getting towards the tail end of this correction, maybe one last push down -not much further than we are now- before a lengthy consolidation and strong recovery.
But yeah it really feels like we've been in a war zone the past several weeks, glimmers of hope followed by precipitous falls again and again... we are now battle hardened veterans! I hope we get badges or medals or something.

I ended up getting sick of watching Litecoin drop and bought some EOS with it instead. I'm up a little on that trade, and way up from where I'd be if I'd stuck with Litecoin.
It's interesting that EOS and Steem/SBD have somewhat resisted the correction the "major players" just went through. I'm just wondering if it's near the bottom and maybe time to buy some ETH.
Probably going to buy another rental property instead though...
Can't go wrong with rental property for sure. Just more work. I'm thinking this turn around will be sooner than later. Just concerned about these youtube'ers saying litecoin will drop to $100. That would bite. I do know that Litecoin has a bright future. Just ready to see some up day's for a change. Have a good one.
Been watching LTC for a while now looking for an entry point. The price has not moved much in satoshi value, hence, I'm still sitting on the sidelines. Dollar value is only down because of BTC price. I think you are still doing OK.

LTC price finally below .015 sats, picked up some this morning.
We need to hold on tight , its a crazy war at the moment with cryptos .
If they could take it down they would , but the banking systems are looking into it ... And that is porpbably our biggest danger ....

That sucks. Sorry to hear about that. I have some crypto that is down 75% from where I got it. It wasn't a large amount, but it's still enough that it's slowing me down a bit. I hope things turn around for you soon!
