@molfzart92 - TA isn't so much "predicting", but more preparing you for every scenario that can play out. In theory TA should give you probable landing areas for market moves in either direction so that when a move does begin one way or the other you are prepared with a plan and can then act. Acting before the move begins is just guessing. Before even hearing of the litepay news I was prepared with 3 different bearish scenario landing points. The litepay news/fundamental analysis is simply making the 2 lower scenarios of the 3 I was prepared to see become more likely.
And no I did not get this all (or any of it really) from Haejin's video here. I put together my own TA along with that of 5-10 different sources, but there was indeed a more bearish scenario I was prepared for and news just simply made it more likely than it was before.
Hope that helps explain some of the value of TA, though it is by no means the one and only thing you should rely on.
