Today, we came to Xikou, Fenghua, and tasted the famous snack, roast duck noodles. This is an old-fashioned restaurant. When we arrived at the store, it was already 2:00 pm. There were no customers in the store. Our group of 5 each ordered a bowl of noodles, and another one. One portion of duck neck and one portion of duck intestine.
It didn't take long for the noodles to be ready, the soup was particularly delicious, and each serving was very rich. I liked this noodle so much, I think I'll come back for it next time!
