You should get an external recording source instead of your webcam. Add a good mic and you would have nice looking, fluent and good sounding videos.

I watched your youtube video called 'ICO Live Stream - Filecoin, Tierion, BlockCAT, Credo $TNT' which was excellent. It totally opened my mind about the whole world of ico's. Thanks for sharing your tips/strategy and the spreadsheet you're using. It was very helpful and I plan on using something similar.
