寒冷的季节别忘了保湿

北国，此时正是寒风凛冽，沁人心脾的冷。对温暖更加渴望，空调、暖风机齐上阵，把屋子搞的暖暖的。突然发现皮肤变的特别敏感，容易瘙痒，保湿霜感觉也不管用，以为是皮肤过敏。后来才发现与湿度有关，室内湿度在30以下，显然是偏干燥了，人体感觉最舒适的湿度在50左右。
