Mohamed Salah, " The Egyptian Football King" has revealed his most important goal this season with the Reds.
Salah said his team's victory in the Champions League was more important than any personal glory.
Salah scored his 40th goal in all competitions this season during Liverpool's 3-0 victory over Bournemouth in the English Premier League on Saturday and the race to win the Golden Boot award for Europe. Liverpool won 5-1 at Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the Champions League and will meet in Rome's semi-final, while Salah, 25, hopes his team's success will continue. Asked if he would prefer a personal award or a Champions League title, Salah said: "Winning the Champions League."
"If I have a choice, of course I would choose the Champions League ... because winning it is a huge thing for everyone and I do not care what else," he added.
Salah has scored 30 goals in 32 Premiership appearances this season, his first with the team led by German coach Juergen Klopp, and is also a strong candidate to win the Association of Professional Players award as the best player in England.
In the English Premier League, Liverpool will meet West Bromwich Albion on April 21, before Roma face a Champions League final three days later.
