LivesToken Mining a New Crypto That Uses Proof-of-Value Mining
I was looking up lightwieght browsers to get an old laptop going and I came across a new crypto that just launched a few days ago and is specifically for users of Maxthon Browser (I waited to make this post to make sure it all worked right.) What is my opinion on maxthon browser, plugin, and LivesToken (LVT)?
I give the Maxthon Browser a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The browser itself starts out a little funky. You have to go and change homepages and suit it to your needs because they really try to keep you going to their site and you will also need to use adblock since they don't have many other decent ad blocking plugins from what i see (and development of other plugins I have not looked into). The maxthon browser does however have awesome stuff built into it that work in some cases better than what I usually use that you normally would need a plugin for and they are free of spyware and ads. It is built on chrome and if you visit google they will tell you, "you are using an older version" (but whatever Google..) The few built in features I would like to mention are:
- resource downloader (you can sniff and download all documents, videos, audio, images)
- maxnote which lets you copy text and html to save for later (in my opinion this is basically a low budget scraper and it works pretty well)
- screenshot capturer with section grabber
- language translator
- and more that I haven't played with
LivesToken itself sounds interesting but as with all crypto who knows. Anyway its free, easy to mine, and uses no system resources. They pay everyday to your lives.one account. It looks like you're not earning anything because it doesn't count along it only tells you at 0:00 GMT what you earned (actually like 30 mins later). The token raised $20 million in their ico so thats a plus and nothing to thumb your nose at. The company itself is based in Singapore.
