I try to try to tell everyone I work with who gets overwhelmed that to try not focus to much on the future. I always have to explain but what I mean by that is that it's good to have a goal, but even the biggest of structures have it's little pieces that make it work. That even though it seems like sometimes they are not making that much progress, after all the hard work it really starts to pay off and soon you won't have to work so hard. The life you envisioned while you were working hard will start to become a reality. Always keep a positive attitude it will help more then auto correct.
