I'm a keyboard, synthesizer playing, electronic musician, agnostic atheist, social anarchist, tech rebel, punk assed muthaphuckah,
who's already built up quite a reputation locally right here in the South Bay Area & on my own Facebook account. To the extent that I've had people in the flesh come up to my grill just to let me know that they look forward to reading my rants. lol
The deal is with me is that I've been working the Information Technology trenches of Silicon Valley since 1994 and from such experience, it's enabled me to see technology as being more and more disruptive to the extent that the increased level of complexity is now cock blocking innovation from everyday folk who now look upon the new digital age as something to be feared as we see the rise of Surveillance, Drones, Digital Bots, Virtual Reality and of course, Augmented Reality as a plot lifted directly out of the Book of Revelation.
I recall reading a Wired Article from back in 2000 written by Bill Joy (http://www.wired.com/2000/04/joy-2/), who was the Chief Scientist over at Sun Microsystems and of whom read the writing on the wall and speculated that Genetics (BioTech). NanoTechnology and Robotics (GNR), would eventually bring about an Apocalypse rather than the Singularity that Ray Kurzweil evangelized for so many years.
And since from the beginning of the 21st Century, what has taken place? We've obviously mapped out the entire Human Genome. Genetic sequencing that once carried a price tag of thousands of dollars can now be had for under a thousand bucks and what's happening over at Boston Dynamics is truthfully, absolutely frightening.
And yet the financial systems of old haven't really changed much. Yeah sure, we're seeing new ways to process money between friends, families and merchants and create transactions through deregulated currencies like Bitcoin but by and large, the entire planet still operates on Fiat currencies, fractional reserve banking and with that, the rise of the greatest level of economic inequality that we've never seen before on planet earth.
And on top of all that mess, we see the rise of the "Gig Economy" that to me seems more primed for exploitation of human beings than providing the kind of economic security that those in the existing workforce are used to (medical insurance, retirement and so on).
These are just a few of the topics I will be touching on a fairly frequent basis. My hope is that rather than to just go all in on a Facebook Rant, that the rant itself can begin its existence as a social network born meme to eventually stretch out into the realm of personal epiphanies that right or wrong, can be shared and discussed on a platform such as SteemIt.

By the way, A Disclaimer: I swear, I cuss, I get high on Cannabis and I might come off using street vernacular from time to time (lol) but that's only because of my experience of growing up in the Bay Area and working in Silicon Valley. Thus, whatever thoughts I will post here, will be 100% honest and direct. If that doesn't work for you, you might want to try someone else with more of a soft Academic Approach. lol lol . . . .
So please stand by. Shit's going down and the world is truly unveiling itself into the future of the now. Most certainly, I'm going to see a story on facebook tonight that is going to piss me off and thus, I'm gonna let you know how I feel about it.
