Everything we understand fits in three dimensions and time. We know nothing about our beginning and nothing about our end. We can differentiate between soul and body/instinct. We are guided by our emotions. Time is moving toward entropy. Our purpose is constantly aligned with our individual self-interest. Our logic is derived from a thin slice of what is even fathomable and understood.
Therefore, any perspective is merely a perspective. Nothing is known. Nothing is certain. The more we try to understand, the more we realize how much we do not know. We can learn and learn and learn but there is nothing to be gained. I believe there is a reason. That reason: surrender.
Surrender to the ride. Surrender to life. Focus on the journey.
What is your purpose on the journey? What feels good? What is valuable? What makes you happy? I say love. I believe that love is the driving force for all things. Do you want a Rolex? Do you want a BMW? Do you want a skill? Those things would not be possible with out the love of their creator.
So, love. Love others. Love who is around you. Love what you do. Use this gift that has been given to you.
Life is hard. Every day our lives become more messy. Just go with it. Don't let it take your love away. Love is the answer. Love is the beginning. Love will be the end.
Take a breath. Love. Allow yourself to be loved.
Don't think about it. Logic will fail you. Just rest in it. Focus on your soul. On that movement, that feeling in your chest. That is love. That is good. That is purpose. Let go. Be you. Love.
No one escapes philosophical questions
Thank you for commenting. I agree. My conclusion is to rest in what you DO understand. In what you DO have faith in. I agree no one escapes philosophical questions. It is hard to digest that we will all die because of an apple, but that is something that we will never understand. And just because I do not understand does not mean God doesn't love me/us. Also, I like all your one sentence comments. It causes discussion.
When in stress, surrender is beautiful. I'm working on acceptance and embracing/embodying love right now.
You are obviously your own worst critic. Many of us feel the same. You are worthy of love. You are doing a great job loving others. Thank you for the post!
