Here's a good laugh from a part of my book-
The next day, my dad and I were back pushing on the highway through the endless Canadian forest. After a while, we came around a left bend that then went hard to the right, and straight up a massive hill. As my dad and I stood there looking at our next vertical obstacle, a guy in a black truck pulled over to the right at the bottom of the hill and jumped out. He called out to us, “Hey guys! Do you want a ride to the top of the hill?” That wasn’t something we were going to pass up and my dad shouted back, “YEAH, MAN! THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!” as he put a thumb up in the air. The guy hanging off the side of his truck said “Yeah? Are you sure?” To which my dad replied, “We would love one, man. That would be great!” The guy offering us a ride then said, “Okay,” as he got back in his truck and drove away up the huge hill, leaving us behind. This is a picture of said hill about halfway up with a cool witches cauldron going on with the fog in the valley.
