Usually when tourist visit Ilocos Norte, they want to visit the Windmills of Bangui, the white formation rock of Kapurpurawan, Sand Dunes, Paoay Church and those popular spots. There is this secluded place in Ilocos Norte in Burgos. It is called Kaangrian Falls. (See photo below). It is the best watefall formation I have seen in Ilocos Norte.
