I did some food shopping and in the same shopping center as the 99 cent store and Jon's off Sherman Way and close to Reseda, I went into this store where everything was 1.99 or less. There was a sign, so it must be true. So I went in, and they have a decent size selection for ladies. They had belts, and heels, and costume jewelry, lots of ladies shirts, not sure if I saw pants. Anyway, they had a small section for men, just t-shirts, so I went over there and took a look. And I got a t-shirt for $2.17 with tax.
Then I asked the cashier how long they're going to have this $1.99 sale for, she said definitely this week, sale might end somewhere after Labor Day in mid September. So I left and took the shirt out of the bag. She covertly put the following card in my bag:
