In order to lose fat or reduce weight we need to change lifestyle we need to move out from our comfort zone .
Note - you didn’t become fat overnight so you will not be slim overnight .

Change your diet
To lose fat diet is the king
70% diet 30% workout = fat lose
Step 2
Increase protein content in your diet
Every human need protien according to their to
Body weight .eg if a person is 60 kg he need 60
Gram of protein every day
Some of the good sources are eggs, soya bean,
Chicken breast, pulses legumes, protein powdr
Dairy product
Step 2
Reduce carbohydrates (carbs)
Our primary source of energy is carbohydrate
We eat a lot of carbs in breakfast lunch and dinner . Some sources are chapati rice junkfood etc
When we eat a lot of carbs from the sources mentioned above and we dont workout also
Our body start store those energy in the form of
Fat .so reduce carbs
Eat healthy and complex carbs like oats whole wheat chapati brown rice .the carbs from these sources are complex they will take time breakdown but keep in mind dont eat too much of it
Step 3
Cut down sugar and maida
These are the enemies while losing fat so avoid this
Step 4
Eat heathy fats like egg yolk nuts etc
Eat healthy fats to lose fat
Healthy fats never make fat
Eat 2 egg yolks daily this has omega 3 but dont eat more than 2
Step 5
Workout 3-5 days in a week
Doing workout will increase your metabolisim which will increase fat burning processes
I prefer you to do weight trainings which train your muscle and you fat will be burnt after workout also . Running miles in the park dont work you have to work your muscles
