selfish is attitudes inherent in humans because humans born into the earth with selfishness from entering into the womb, begins with a fight to live in the womb begins with a selfishness to want to live so do not be surprised when the human race is adorned with selfishness in life because it is already stick in blood and flow every time 
Nice lesson there. There is a bit of selfishness in every human as you rightly pointed out. In this life we are living in, there will always be moments when you have to put your self first. But that doesn't mean it should be always
