We need a nutritious and healthy breakfast that will keep our body and brain working without stress.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 mandarin
- 50 ml of vegan yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of homemade granola
- a few pieces of coconut shreds
- 1 tablespoon of almond shreds
- 2 tablespoons of melted vegan chocolate
Preparation:
- Peel and halve the banana crosswise. Place it on the plate. Add vegan yogurt.
- Peel mandarin and kiwi. Cut kiwi into slices. Assemble mandarin and kiwi on the plate.
- Add granola on top of yogurt. Add coconut shreds and almonds.
- Drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.
