Even the best of relationships need work and effort to keep a strong bond!

Playful romance is a great way to relax, have fun and connect with your spouse…but truth be told, sometimes our wallet cannot afford another expensive night out!

So I’ve come up with a creative idea for some romantic fun based on the famous game, called Beer Pong.

You may like to prepare this for your next date night at home with your beloved husband or wife!

Key idea: In Beer Pong, two tables are set up with large cups filled half-way with beer. Two teams bounce ping-pong balls onto the tables and try to land their own ball into their opponent team’s cups on the opposite table. If a player lands a ball into a cup they are able to drink its contents. The aim is to win all the beer!

Love Pong ‘Spin-off’:

For a simple, fun, date-night version here’s what to do:

• Set up one table with 10 cups in a triangle (like ten-pin bowling).

• In each cup place a folded up note with a fun task/instruction of your own choice. Be sure to think about what you both like and make a variety of task to keep it entertaining. For example; gentle kissing for 3 minutes, a five minute head massage, share 5 things you like about the other person, rap some verses about how the other person is awesome…these are just a few ideas! Remember these tasks are things to be done immediately and should be fun, they’re not meant to be errands or to be saved for another time. Also, be sure to fold each note first and shake them in a container to mix them up so you don’t know which one is which before placing them into the cups.

• Have your ping-pong balls ready for use nearby.

• When you’re both ready for the game, take turns trying to land a ping-pong ball into a cup. Whoever wins a cup, wins the task to perform!

That's it - Hope you have a great time!
