This is very useful because by loving yourself, you recognize yourself, you know what you like and dislike. You know exactly what makes you happy and how to be happy. You can then form the standard set of treatments you expect from your partner. And when you are not 100% satisfied, you can always be happy yourself without needing to demand more to make your partner tired.
Absolutely you got it!
I have mixed feelings after reading that post...having bath like that seems like valuable experience, but if our world would be normal, we wouldn't need to hear positive things from strangers - our families and friends would give us all reasuring we need. People of today have strange problem with saying things like ''I love you, you are important'' to their close ones...but asking strangers for affirmation looks a little...desperate (no offense). And one more things - all affirmations in the world means nothing if you are unable to believe in them.
Thanks for your comment, I think we are all in different places in our lives and any little thing that can help people remember they are worthy enough is helping everyone.
Another great post my friend and I am so glad that you have got so much out of this course. I would suggest though that all of us work at recognising that we ARE Love and that our goal is to BE Love. Loving yourself requires you to love others and vice versa. Have a great day :)
Yeh your totally right it's good to remember we are love, its our beliefs and negative experiences that cover it.
Very well put :)
This sounds like loads of fun and blessing especially the laying of hands and blessing the person. I wish I was there to be a part of this wonderful event.
Yeh if you can get over feeling a bit stupid to start with then you can do it with your friends, family or anyone!

What a useful course ... it's so hard to love yourself, get rid of guilt, from sad thoughts ... Thank you for publishing! Joy to your soul!
Thanks it was a helpful course.
good !! upvoted!
this is good. it is quite easier to show love to someone else. which is not supposed to be so.
This is interesting
"It was interesting to see just how much we were able to love others much easier than loving ourselves."
Because many would argue that you cant love others until you love yourself.
