yea, i also thought all the former steemit people were gone now (like stopped) but it turns out steemit forked and so hive was born. many of the steemit people switched all there activity over to hive. I found a bunch of familiar names on hive now.
I think hiveph (https://peakd.com/@hiveph) is still going, but yea, not so much like in steemit days. I see mostly OCD (https://peakd.com/@ocd) as the main support for all PH hivers. They have a discord server also that u might join.
I am in Hawaii now so I'm not totally up on what PH hivers are doing, but I do follow many and I think as long as u get in contact and follow the leaders, u will know all that's going hive in PH. :)
