Treasure your worth, darling;
For many men for you keep falling.
Darling,your worth do keep-
Your beauty is as twilight.
How Rosy you look in that dress,
A chocolate -skinned African face
You possess, glad you keep it real.
Any wonder how for a hand in marriage many kneel?
But it's me you chose,
When you responded shyly to those three words.
When I stared in your eyes:
I saw the aroma of your love.
Grin Dear,
Reminds me how you bred in me fear.
Words directed to you were a gym weight
To my tongue, but now -for you I confidently wait.
I failed to name the title of this piece of poetry,
But chose to name it, "Love Lullaby."
'Cause now I own the power to call you any name,
Including "Baby"-without any shame.
Hoping the note we'll be tied ,
Morose needn't be the foundation of the thing we sort.
