A BEAUTIFUL COUNT DOWN TO MY ANNIVERSARY.

It's one days to my wedding anniversary and every moment keeps playing in my head.
The preparation, the count down, the rush and the demands from family.

Oh the fun moments, my friend came in three days before my wedding while the rest joined some days later, my house was full and noisy my neighbours knew there was something going on.

They played, they danced and even practiced how that da would be.

I was just flowing with the vibes, I like people around me and so they served the purpose. I was stressed up and physically exhausted, that's because I was running around before the big day since hubby doesn't stay in the same state with me.. the hall, the food and the drinks where already taken care of, my gown and my girls were set.

I already submitted our both pictures at the customary cut for registration and was given a date already (12/3/2021), that day was also set for my bride price paying day.

Remembering all of this brings both happy and sad memories, my dad was so proud of me and was supporting me all through with his prayers and encouragement. He got me a set of pot before my big day as a gift, which I still use till date.

My mom was so helpful, she made sure she buy all the requirements needed for the pride price as demanded by my culture. She helped out because my husband stays far away and can't bring those things over and just to save cost.
She was so helpful and excited doing all this, did I even mentioned that my younger sister got married two weeks before me, all this while my mom was running this two together.
She bought cloth(asoebi) and gave each out before our big day and her friends bought from her, she had already arranged women who will be doing the cooking.

It was really a beautiful memory.
Two days before my wedding, I and hubby where going to one of the officiating minister or should I say someone acting on behalf of my father-in-law. So early in the morning then road was so busy and the hold up was too much so we decided to go on bike, to find our way out of the traffic.

While on our way we had an accident, the bike fell on my leg and I fell to the ground. Hubby almost beat up the man who caused the accident, because he didn't even show concern he was busy claiming right while he was obviously at fault. He even refused to take us to the hospital with his car.

I just told myself I was going to get a flat shoe for my big day instead of wearing the hills I had.

Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary what can I do to make it special?

Happy Anniversary to you and hubby!!! Sorry to hear that you're getting a flat shoe for your anniversary, one of the best markers of a good marriage hahahaha!!!
That guy was a total jerk to not even bother with taking the two of you to the hospital.
How many years do you have now, since 2021 or 2022?
