Nice article @verbaldancing, I am right there with you on being closed off growing up. Expression was a real challenge til I turned about 25 and really started working on it. I like your definition of true love as being in the flow of love, well put!

Yes it was difficult for me, I was mostly being afraid of being hurt or rejected. But my heart has opened a lot since :-)
