Great post which has got me thinking.
Isnt it written that we should love our brother as we love ourself?
If we arent loving ourselves then our brothers dont really stand a chance.
Loving and accepting ourselves, giving ourselves permission to be all we can be is one of the hardest things to do and master. Yet, it is something we all need to work hard at.
How else are we able to love and accept others and thus give them permission to be free and all they can be?

I think it comes naturally to us but it’s buried in all the drama and distortion which we come to see as normal.
