I agree that love and kindness trumps hate every time but,
Its hard for me because to love is to accept all things as they are, flaws and all, but everyone has an interpretation of love as a positive emotion only, but I am fully aware that love can be negative. Two sides to every coin and all that. There is much duality in all things, and to embrace the ying and the yang is how we become complete.
