It's all about love my great friends. Today we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and it happened because of the love He has for us. So in a nutshell this poem is just the message;
Love,
Like a flickering lamp it burns
In darksome hearts that mourns
Through nerves and bones and marrow
It berates and chides sorrows.
Love,
Like a flourishing fountain it drops
In depths so crispy that dries
Like a warm summer heat, it melts
The avalanche of hate and rage
Like a beacon of hope it sounds
To end wars in all climes.
Love,
The language of the world:
A boy from Czech says Milovat,
Same with a Slovak,
A lady from Tiv says Msokwawo
A man who speaks Swahili says Upendo
A lad from Zulu says uthando
Whether you are from Edo, Isoko, Cebuano, Soweto
Or from Afghan, Accra, Nyanja, Yoruba
Love,
knows no skin or color
No tribe or tongue
No height or weight
No fate or waste
No gain or loss
No class or fame
Love was here before we came
And while we go it will remain.
Let all celebrate this Easter with love. Thanks for having a great time here with me, still your lovely friend, @setapart.
