So true and all these techniques are actually very actionable. Since I have written several books on similar topics, I often mention these and similar strategies in my books too. 'Not playing the what-if game' always works for me whenever I find myself overthinking stuff. Good post! :)

But the books I have written on positivity and not falling into the overthinking trap were written as a ghost writer for different clients. I am a full-time ghost-writer too :)
