We took the long hard road. We were separated for 3 years as a result of my depression, suicide attempts, abusive behaviour, etc. Rather than going our separate ways, we both healed and learned what it takes to have a healthy relationship with self so that we can express that in our relationship with each other. Very rare for couples to do what we have done. But we learned a LOT through the process and I love her dearly. Thank you! <3
