Toxic relationships

in #love7 years ago

We have all had a sense of emptiness, that we could not live without our partner, depression because we have even left Suicidal wishes, sometimes we are in a relationship so toxic, where we cry or fight day by day, and Even so we are depressed by the fact of no continuing in that situation. Love is definitely masochistic.

But when you get rid of those toxic people you start your happiness, I know it seems that the world is coming to you but no, you will start to enjoy the best moments with the best people.

There are the typical tips you never listen to, which are going out with friends or family, traveling, going to a party, even something simple like going out to eat an ice cream, even if it seems absurd, those things if they help because the idea is that you Mind, STOP thinking about him or her.

We are so concentrated in that pain that we have, that we forget our future, what we really want for us, take advantage of that moment and focus, set a goal, have time for you, for your self-esteem improvement, for jobs, for you personal growth.

Everyone should know someone who has a toxic partner, with whom he fights every day, end, return, end, return, even physical aggression may exist, are not faithful; And still, they are still together. This is what I call CUSTOM, because that can not be called love, it is habit to mistreat, you come to think that that is well and that is normal when it is not so. Convincing those people that they should not go through that is more difficult than it seems, I've been giving advice to a girl who today is still with the same abusive boyfriend.

But there is something I tell you, there is nothing better than the feeling of TRANQUILITY and FREEDOM to get rid of toxic people of so many worries, stress, and bad time. Find a time for yourself, and please do not try to fill the void with another person, give yourself time to find your happiness, to be happy you do not need to have someone by your side.

Enjoy life!

And you, have you had any toxic relationship?

Emotional dependence is a real and natural thing. Sometimes you have to ask yourself whether you're crazy or the world is crazy. The reality that we actually attract toxic people might be deeply ingrained in our psychology . I'd be interested in how you personally and more specifically practice practice happiness and self-growth. Nice article. Cheers.

That's right, we must first find our happiness in ourselves. Thanks so much for reading 👍
