Sometimes i feel as though the concept of love is lost in todays world due to the correlation of axioms being seen as love when love simply is. Love is not happiness, love is not positive, love is not lust, love simply is. Love is not unhappiness, love is not negative, love is not hate, love simply is.
I like to think of love as a straight line of neutrality to which the axioms of positive and negative are built. Love builds lust and love build hate but everything forms from the base of love. Love is the simplest thing to understand as it is the most natural form of being.
I think that this is why many who meditate and center their being do not seem excitable but seem to have more acceptance. They don't smile much, like monks who meditate for example, they are simply content, and this contentment forms from the neutrality they find in love.
I say this because i think the world of propaganada is promoting love as being happiness and smiles and fun which is ultimately destroying the world we live in due to the feeling that love is progress forward towards a smile. I see that people destroy and pollute in order to provoke these smiles while thinking that all is good with what they are doing because what they are doing is something that is putting off positive vibes which is associated with love, but love is not up or down, love simply is. I look at amusement parks which cause pollution in the name of fun, i look at all the various exciting vacations that destroy the earth in the name of fun, plus many other things, and then i look at peoples justification for destroying their world. I hear you only have one life to live, which no one knows is true or not as there are many who believe in after lifes or reincarnation, i hear that the point of existence is for fun, which to a degree is true, but the point of existence is more about love than fun. To me a walk in the woods while petting trees is fun and non destructive and a closer form of love and neutrality. There is still a smile and happiness and excitement but it comes from within rather than from outside myself, it is the internal that fills the heart rather than the external. I feel that true love is something that is personal that reinforces a sense of contentment and neutrality.
People may call me a bore, buit when it comes to love, true love, i think many are lost in the glamour of their own signifigance.
