Wow! It’s my birthday again and I'm very happy I just added another year to today. I was actually born on the 26th of April, and I give all glory to God for the journey so far.
Taking a good look at my life, I am happy for the person I have grown to be, the person I will become, and the Father I will become someday.
I woke up this morning feeling very happy because today is a special day of my life. It reminds me of what I'm made of, and how special I am
It’s been a stressful journey for me so far and I am still on the road to my destination. Despite the disappointments, failures, setbacks and discouragmemts, I still find a way to move on. Although, I am not where I'm supposed to be, but I'm very sure that I'm also not where I used to be.
Well, do I even have any other option? No, I don’t. I've got a lot of people who believe so much in me and are counting on me to make them proud in life. I also have foes and doubters who are waiting for my downfall, and I know that only my success can keep their mouths shut.
Giving unending excuses for failures is not my thing because, the struggle and zeal to excel in life is unquenchable. When I fail in my endeavours, I always find a way to get back to my feet and I still give it a trial.
Sometimes, I feel that this my present age (late twenties) comes with a lot of challenges when you need to make the most important and delicate decisions of your life; a phase when the pressures to cater for your younger ones can you make you go nut
As I hold firmly to whom I am, what I am made of, and who I want to be, I can only beckon on God to direct my path as I work vehemently to accomplish the purpose of my existence.
The worst thing in life is when you don't discover your purpose of living. Life is too short to waste time on unimportant things or keep cycle of friends that will derail you on your path to success.
I am glad I have someone who encourages and stands by me when the world rejects me. She's also an April celebrant, April 11th to be precise.
Sometimes I just think back to the very first time I set eyes on you. I needed no one to tell me that I had found someone incredible.
Whenever I am with you, I always feel like I'm having my emotional batteries recharged with joy. The way you smile radiates into me. Your mild touch always sends little shivers through my body.
Your presence alone pleases my mind and your soul pours peace on mine. I love you for being with me despise having nothing. They say ladies are only attracted to money but you have proven to me that this assertion is fallacy.
What more can I say to adore you? Let me go on!
No matter what is going on in my life, you're always willing to stand by me and encourage, and that's why I look forward to this day and many more
Although, there's no love without some ruckus, but I must confess that we always have a way to settle our dispute. You know how to calm me down when I go angry.
You are beautiful, amazing, adorable, loving, wonderful, a good cook. To crown it all, you're good in the other room winks
Hopefully in some few months time, I will make her mine legally, and her womb will accommodate and nurture my seed
On this very day, I wish Us many more years of laughter, joy, peace, good health, sound mind, and prosperity.
To end it all, I am grateful to be part of the steemit platform. It all seemed like a joke when @stephennevets introduced it to me. But today, steemit has become part of my life.
