That was a touching dedication to your friend. I enjoyed reading the story of how you met and how your bond and trust strengthened over time. It's sad that you did not get more time together. My heart goes out to you and yours and hopefully in the next place we can be reunited with our loved ones. <3

I've thought a lot about the 'time' thing. I would have fully enjoyed so many more years with Bay but would it have hurt any less? No. It was such a rare and sudden passing that I have to believe that he chose his time - maybe there would have been medical treatments to save his life but I can't imagine Bay being okay with that given what he went through prior to coming to us.
