Distracted engagements...YES. I always feel sad in restaurants when one person is playing on their phone and the other is just sitting there awkwardly. The Husband used to pretend he could actually pay attention to me while fiddling with his phone, but I eventually solved that by adopting the policy of refusing to talk to him if he had it out :)))
