Anything we do to alleviate a problem—only perpetuates it.
Why? Because there is no problem unless you think there is.
If you think you need happiness—you won’t find it.
If you think you need healing—you’ll suffer in pain.
If you think the world needs saving—it never will be.
If you think you need to awaken—you’ll struggle in vain.
If you think you need to be better than you believe
yourself to be—you’ll only get worse.
If you think being ‘spiritual’ means you’re not good enough
just as you are—ask yourself, how stupid am I to buy into that?
There isn’t one thing you need to do to be perfectly you. You don’t have to study, or read, or be enlightened, or saved. You need only accept yourself as you are, for you are already as perfect as you’ll ever be. You always have been. The truth of you is—You are a reflection of the divine,, and as such—there isn’t one thing you can do to make yourself a better person.
You can become happier.
You can overcome illness.
You can see the world in a better light.
You can become more aware.
You can learn new skills.
You can be as spiritual as you want to be.
But you never have to believe you are less than you should be.
The entirety of our challenge and purpose in life is simply this:
To love & accept the Self.
