This called a Varied Carpet Beetle (Anthrenus verbasci).
What do they do? How big do they get? Can it kill me? LMAO
Here's the largest they can get.
About 3 mm to be exact. I believe they're harmless, but they like natural fibers, such as clothing, carpets, furniture, etc. So keep them away!
