I just learned that in the UK do not have a dragonfly. I think dragonflies are insects that live in almost all countries. especially in a country with many plants and water.

@flyingcam, we do have Dragonflies here in the UK, but we do not have this particular type. That's why I am wondering where the Dragonfly in your photograph lives :o)

Here's a photo of an English dragonfly, which I took in my garden in Derbyshire, so you can see what ours look like. He was visiting my child's little paddling pool, and then sat for a while on the fence:
