Hola @joanstewart, que bonito esos hongos que se dan allá y que se pueden comer de distintas formas. En Venezuela solo se ve una especie de hongo, el que se le llama comúnmente Champiñón. Se usa en estofado de pollo con champiñones y en las pizzas, muy rico, su nombre científico es el agaricus Bisporus. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agaricus_bisporus Aquí te dejo una reseña de este hongo.
