And almost everyone Terong Sambal is one the most of favorit preparations. Besides having of Delicious, sweet and very interesting taste to look at it, **White Terong is very beneficial for the health of our body. Among of that **Can prevent diabetes **. Them sad 'sweet'..

Because the sweetness of White Terong cant riset the glukosa levels, however it can stabilize blood glukosa levels.
