RECOMMENDED MAGIC TRICKS: Eyephone - Magicians iPhone Device

in #magic7 years ago (edited)

Mark Mason met with Chris Kenworthey to plan bringing the EYEPHONE to the community of magicians around the world.

Eight months of development work with a range of phones, designs and engineering brings us the final EYEPHONE.

This is regarded by magicians as the best peek devices It TICKS ALL THE BOXES.

You remove your phone, asking the spectator if they too have a mobile phone. (Everyone has one these days?) A business card is taken out from the credit card holder attached to your phone.

You now ask, if like you, they have a list of contacts on their phone. They write down ANY contact on your business card. It can be a person, a place, ANYTHING.

The card is kept face down and slid back in among your credit cards. You really cannot see the card at all.
WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS OF ANY KIND, you can reveal the exact person or place they thought of.

I'm sorry I'm not able to give you the secret here... . Let's just say the method for this effect, is the perfect application for this product.

It really is amazing just how well this device does the job.

Let's see exactly which boxes EYEPHONE ticks:

PROFESSIONAL LOOKING PROP - TICK
EVERYDAY OBJECT - TICK
BRILLIANT METHOD - TICK
ANY LANGUAGE - TICK
NO QUESTIONS - TICK
NO RESET - TICK
NOTHING TO BREAK OR REPLACE - TICK
SUPER EASY - TICK

EYEPHONE includes a total of 15 ideas and routines.

Please note - Although this looks exactly like a cell phone, this is NOT a working Phone.

EYEphone is available worldwide here: https://www.magicshop.co.uk/eyephone

Looks pretty amazing. I used John Cornelius' thought transmitter in the past and it is an excellent product but I haven't really used it that much as it seems "out dated". The iPhone credit card holder seems more modern and should not really raise concerns.
Thanks for the post.
Cheers!

Hi Ian

I still use the thought transmitter quite often, with some Post-it notes you get what you need really quickly and it’s fair... but I guess the age of using a wallet is passing now :) people don’t even notice phones on the tables so it’s a natural evolution.
