Move

Move your house, your bed, your body.
Walk, walk out the mountains, get out of the work routine, relationships and patterns of life. Change your perspective. Get closer to those people you can be real with and make your dreams more crazy. You don't need to move mountains, moving a small stone can do wonders.

Tap

Touch the parts you love from your body.
He gives hugs in the bakery, in the park, on the doors of the whole city. Kiss people on the cheek. Caress your cat or your dog a little more. Taste the feeling of a silk handkerchief, a piece of wood, of different textures. The Moss, the crusts, the rocks and the water. The more you do it, you'll feel more comfortable with the pleasure of playing.

Listen

Sit quietly and see how much there is to be heard.
Listen to people, what they're really saying. Listen to the last note of every song. Listen to your inner voice, the one you only hear when the confusion of every day diminishes. Hear the whisper of the leaves, the call of the frogs, the rustling of the wood burning in your chimney. Listen to your heart and always hear what's never spoken.

Feel

The pain, experience joy, until you feel you're going to evaporate. Let them laugh until it hurts, feel love from the depths of your heart. Surrender to the sensuality of life. Get angry and express your anger, if that's the case, but do it alone. If you don't really feel, you're not alive.

Trust

You know what you need to know. Stop your doubts. That inner tickle is your highest truth and she will serve you the best way. You regret when you don't know or deny your intuition. Keep this in mind: Finally, you and only you know what's best for you. If you consume, without notice, your whole day painting, that's what you have to do. If you love walking next to the ocean, find a way to get there. If you don't trust yourself, you become mold.

Meet

With the men and women you love.
Take the tea accompanied, walk in company through the forest, talk and talk, read out loud for others. Celebrate that your hair, your skin, your body and your stories are different to those of the others and in turn are completely similar. Cook and eat in company.

Receive

For Once, stop giving and giving and giving everyone but yourself.
Accept compliments with grace. The voice you need to hear, the hug, that moment to talk, the food on your table, the money you need, will always be delivered. Open to receive, open your hands to be filled with plenty. Get all the good things you deserve and remember to show gratitude for your life.
