One of the rules of the @msp-makeaminnow bot is to look at the engagement on the MSP-discord server. It is checking that you have got the MAM Voter role. This role is assigned by the Tatsumaki bot. Here is a screenshot of all levels:
The 1736 value after MAM Voter is the Server Score. If you check your t!rank output you have a server score of 293.
The big Level ## is actually a global value from all servers where Tatsumaki is active and is therefore not used in this case. But I see now that it is mentioned in the rules above... Oh. :( @juliakponsford, you probably need to amend that. ;)
