Malai kofta 350 grams made of home made paneer
7-8 chopped cashew nuts
7-8 chopped almonds
15 raisins.
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder.
3 tablespoons corn starch.
Salt according to taste.
Oil for frying

Ingredients for Gravy:
1 cup cashew paste
1 cup cream
Milk and Bread Paste, by adding 2 breads in 1 cup milk.
2 ½ teaspoon sugar
5 green cardamom
2 Leaves
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Salt according to taste.
To make Kofta, first remove cashews, almonds and raisins in a bowl for 1-2 minutes in a pan with a dry roast on medium flame.
Now take a paneer in a large kitchen and then add 1 ½ tbsp of corn starch and mix well, then add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, little salt and pinch of cardamom powder and mash well with your hands.
Now make little balls from the mixture of cheese, then spread the chapat with fingers for a speech, then put some cashews, almonds and raisins on it and make it like Kofta, and prepare all the koftas in this way.
Now put oil in a stiff rinse and let it cool, then put the koftas in the corn starch and put the koftas in a medium hot oil, fry until lightening becomes soft, keep the koftas continuously, so that they do not burn and go well, then they Put them aside in one plate and put it aside.
Now to make the gravy, add oil in a pan and let it warm, then add sharp leaves and green cardamoms and roast it a little, then add ginger paste and cashew paste in it and roast for a few minutes on medium flame.
When cashew nuts are cooked well and leave the oil, add cream and mix well and then mix milk and bread paste in it again and mix again.
Now add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and a little water and mix well, then add sugar to it and cook it while running some time, when the gravy is boiling, then close the flame and add salt and mix well.
Now remove the gravy in a serving bowl and put the frozen cauliflower in it and then heat it with some cashews, almonds, raisins and cardamom powder.
