I think space is more important than ocean view, especially when it takes virtually no time at all to get to the beach. So good choice on that, and having a visitors room would be good a place when your daughter visits she can kind of claim.
Thanks for commenting on that point, the decision between the two options has been taking a lot of thought.
I think I will go for the space, visitors and especially my daughter would be no problem then.
