The best trick is to try a lot of place names. Nearby cities and suburbs work well.
Just replace 'Brazil' with any local town or city, and keep trying different options until you find somebody posting nearby. Reach out to them, and go have a beer together.
If you start promoting that as the local tag, then you can find and support each other much easier, online and off.
