Today, my tutorial on how to roll a joint!
Not just any join, it's what we call a "leafy"!
So, whats a leafy u might ask urself?!
A leafy is a joint which is rolled with paper upside down, glue facing the bottom side.
It is done in that way to later get rid of the rest of the paper, and thus smoke less paper!
I know it sound a little confusing, and definitly isn't a starting technique, but a few days of practice and u'll be rollin' like a champ!
So let's dive into it!
For better understanding i marked out the glue throughout the pictures!
Step 1.
Place the rolling paper upside down, with the glue part being towards you facing the surface.
Step 2.
Arguably the most important step! You cannot roll a joint without any weed!
Grind it, mix it with tobacco, or don't, whatever you prefer. For me personally, this time a light joint with tobacco domination as I have to do some work afterwards.
Step 3.
Here starts the tricky part!
Roll the joint with your fingers so that the mixture spreads around and becomes tightened a bit.
After doing so roll the side WITHOUT the glue over the side WITH the glue.
Just roll the part without the glue over the whole join so it covers the whole gluey area.
You will end up with something like this, with the gluey part facing you while being under the first layer of paper
Step 4.
Lick it, you will have to do so carefully but since you are licking the glue over a layer of paper you have to make sure it sticks, help yourself with fingers.
Don't let go of the joint same second as you stick it up, make sure it got glued first!
Step 5.
Let it dry a bit.
Usually the paper gets a bit more moist this way so you wanna leave it to dry a minute or two.
Almost ready, already looks like a joint with a flag, but it's not over yet!
Patience!
Step 6.
Gently rip of the "flag" part of paper, that is residue of the paper.
I preffer to start from the top to the bottom, ripping it towards me.
And the joint is finished!
Congratulations you successfully rolled a leafy!
Don't forget! One last thing you need to do!
Light it up and enjoy!
