You pose a very interesting point. If his intent was to stir things up among many across the policital spectrum, he's been pretty successful. I hope a lot of people get more involved in and pay attention to what our government is doing and how it affects us all and vote accordingly to make this a better place to live (more stable laws regarding taxes and all sorts of things). Don't get me wrong, Americans have it pretty good, but our government has grown into something it was never intended to be.
I don't know what the man's true motives are and I'm sure very few people do. November elections are gonna be interesting for sure, especially since nobody will have benefited from the Republican tax bill until the start of 2019 when people start filing their taxes at the reduced rates.
Other than the tax bill, the Republicans haven't done much of anything other than bicker even though they control the house, senate, and the presidency.
