Not a big pot smoker, but it is interesting to read in some random article on the net, that in the U.S., the states prohibiting the legalization of pot are states, which are historically known for racism. Moreover, the article breaks down how much each of these states, are set to loose in capital if people are not punished for small amounts of pot.
