The weather didn't look so good to step out today for work. And so taking some rest to see how the rains fall was the best idea. It gradually started slowly and later stopped but work was so late for the day. My younger sister then suggested l join her today for shopping of some items for the home since l couldn't work today. I jad no other option than to assist her in getting food to feed ourselves for the weekend. This is how we landed here today at the Roman Hill market inside the central market of kumasi, Ashanti.

Looking around today for some more attractive and better vegetables is when we came across this woman here on the street. She has fresh onions and cucumber which got the attention of my sister to buy some. The seller looked really nice and good to us and so it wasn't surprising getting into a long conversation in the end. I feel so good today walking around with my sister for buying at the market today. It is one of the few things that l love to see myself do every weekend.

Walking through the market gives me a great experience and a lovely scene. Men should endeavour to take part in assisting women on shopping from the market for the home like l find myself doing today. I feel excited to share today's experience with all my readers on the blockhain. It is so good to see how this rolls on Market Friday initiated by @dswigle. Join the dail challenge even as Market Friday brings the best of experience of many different markets around the world.

Thanks bro

You are a good guy, Sam!! @mcsamm I think that is a nice thing to do, assisting your sister in her shopping for the weekend. I was really enamored with the onions and (you called it cucumber?) Wow! I have never seen cucumbers that big!! They must come from the same farm as the yams! 😉

It is true that in Ghana, there are always a lot of men that either shop for their family or assist in shopping. Is that the way it always is? I think it is a very bonding experience to share in these things. Especially when it is your sister. The market is not terribly crowded which is good for you , although I am sure it does not make the vendors happy. Another wonderful market. You always come through for me! I love all my markets post sent to me! I have learned so much from all of them, exchanging cultures, and also making for a better understanding of our world. If we understand each other, there is more tolerance, in my opinion. Thank you for providing an opportunity for me! Each week, I enter the challenge to provide a different look of American culture, some of it over the top and some, everyday things. It shows off how much we are alike and how different life can be. In the end, it makes it an experience that I look forward to. I appreciate the love and support you give to #MarketFriday! It Is heartwarming to see how many posts into the challenge, including you. Thank you! Truly! Your participation adds a unique flavor to the mix. I just love clicking on the link and having a new world open up, right before my very eyes! Thank you again for being a part of all this! I hope you have a lovely weekend!
