My Friday shopping

Hello great hivians, how are you all doing today? hope you had a great shopping experience today.

Boom! it's another Friday again and we've got to share our shopping experience.
so friends today was really a hectic one, after a stressful work, I had to think of what we could have as dinner for tonight. So I stopped by at the market to pick few things for sauce.

This market is called Udua Etuk in our dialect Which means Etuk market. it's located at Aka road in Uyo Local Government Area here in Akwa ibom state, Nigeria it is actually a very big market where people sell both foodstuffs and other useful commodities

so arriving the market, I had to get some vegetables which I would use to make my vegetable sauce.

I love more of cabbage in my sauce because it's highly nutritious and rich in vitamins. it helps lower the cholesterol level and importantly it helps in stomach pains as it reduces excess stomach acid and heals intestinal ulcers. So I'll advise you to take more of cabbage,if you want to overcome stomach pains and ulcer, I'm a living testimony of it

I bought some fresh tomatoes too , it really seems to be exorbitant now, I bought four fruits of fresh tomatoes for#200 naira , the sudden hike in the price of foodstuffs is really alarming.

I also bought some onions , I bought them in large quantity , this is because I love onions alot so I don't want to run out of stock for them.

I bought goat meat (mutton) for my sauce , I prefer it chicken because of its flavour.

since I rarely go to market , I had to buy the seasoning cubes, groundnut oil and so many things for my kitchen store.

Today's market shopping was indeed thrilling , I enjoyed every bit of what i bought though the prices of things are gradually increasing everyday .
So that's all for my shopping today .
